Jordan Holcomb

Jordan has called Jackson Hole home since 1997, having relocated from South Carolina nearly three decades ago. He earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute in 2000, launching a career spanning both culinary and front-of-house leadership. He has served as Executive Chef at the Lodge at Palisades Creek and Teton Springs, held roles with B2B Restaurant Group and Royal Blue Golf Course in Nassau, Bahamas, and served as Food & Beverage Director at the Wort Hotel. Jordan joined Fine Dining Restaurant Group in June 2022 as General Manager and Operations Manager of Bodega.
